ANCILLARY SPONSORSHIPS
Ancillary Sponsorships are à la cart features you can purchase to increase the visibility of your company during the event. They are available to Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Non-exhibiting companies and are a great way to get the message out to all attendees.

Select this sponsorship to host the entertainment for the conference. Your company name and logo will be displayed and special mention given in the conference guide.
This is great way to show your company name and logo. The logo will be imprinted on the conference bag, given to all attendees.
Select this sponsorship to have your company logo and company business cards placed at Cyber Cafe kiosks. This high-traffic area will be seen and used by all attendees at the conference. Additionally, your company logo will be displayed prominently within the Cyber Cafe kiosk interface and linked to your company web site.
Select this sponsorship to host the Evening Event in the Expo Hall. Table runner and signs with your company name and logo will be displayed and special mention given in the conference guide.
Signage with your company name and logo will appear in the matchmaking session area.
Select this sponsorship to host an afternoon break in the Expo Hall. Table runner and signs with your company name and logo will be displayed.
Select this sponsorship to have one piece of your company literature placed in the Conference Bag. This insert will be given to every attendee at the conference. This is a great way to get your company's message to everyone.
Conference Guide Advertisements are sold out, however you can still showcase your company by purchasing one of our other Sponsorships above. By purchasing a sponsorship, you ensure that your company gets exposure to potential clients.
Exhibitor Staff
All exhibitors must be registered for the conference. The exhibitor registration allows access to all sessions, conference activities and the EXPO Hall. To register additional booth staff, please login to the Exhibitor Portal and select the Personnel menu.
You may also provide the registration codes indicated in your portal to your staff to use when registering for the conference
